Costs (TVC Members Only)

Fee's are based on membership with The Volunteer Center of NW Suburban Chicago. A free technology assesment is provided at NO cost with Membership (a $500.00 Value) or (4) free hours of on-site Technology Support (minimum savings of $320.00)

All requests are made on a first come first served basis.

Telephone support

9 a.m. – 5 p.m. charged at $25.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. Call backs made on a first come first served basis. Priority support and after hours support charged at $50.00 / hour with a one hour minimum.

On-Site support

9 a.m. – 5 p.m. charged at $40.00 Per hour with a one hour minimum. Call backs made on a first come first served basis. Priority support and after hours support charged at $80.00 / hour with a one hour minimum.
