Rates & Charges:
Membership is free to any 501(c)3 non-profit organization in the Chicagoland area. If your organization is not officially a
501(c)3 nonprofit, please call to discuss your situation.
Remote support (phone and/or computer-control): $25/hour
On-site technical support (at your location): $40/hour

We accept cash, check, and credit card payments for our services. Unless special arrangements have been made in advance, payment is
apreciated when services are rendered.
