“We have had a few CASE Volunteers helping us and it has been a very good experience. One CASE Volunteer has worked out especially well for us. After his time was completed, he decided to help us as a substitute Driver for the Meals-ON-Wheels program and has done a few delivery routes since then,” - Site Manager, CNNSSA, Arlington Heights.
Court Appointed Service Elective (CASE)

The CASE program assists adults and juveniles who have been sentenced to perform community service following convictions for misdemeanors, traffic offenses, and violations of local ordinances. While it can be difficult for people in such circumstances to find volunteer opportunities and repay their debt to society, TVC uses its connections with the nonprofit and volunteering community to place them in the right opportunity.
For our placement services we charge a minimal fee that changes depending on the number of hours the volunteer serves (see table below for more information). If you are someone who is looking for help meeting your service requirement or if you represent someone who is interested in our services, contact CASE manager Kathleen Kerman at 847-228-1320 x115, or fill out an online application form to set up a interview.
